Toni helped us sell our house in about 3-4 days, getting us over asking price. she knew the market and helped us be realistic yet meeting our goals. She also helped us buy our new place. We have very challenging purchase because of the type of our loan and the seller's realtor not being supportive in the process. Toni kept us on tract and ensured we were making well informed decisions. It was an extremely stressful process but Toni was outstanding in her persistence and professionalism. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing extra care. We now, as she says often, "love where we live."

I give Toni my highest recommendation without reservation. She is the most energetic, enthusiastic, conscientious, and hard-working person I know. She has always kept me informed when a property that I may be interested in has come on to the market. I also know that when she lists a home or property, she actively tries to sell it for her client, instead of just sitting around and waiting for someone to randomly come along. She does all her own open houses. I will use Toni for all of my real estate needs forever. You may find other good realtors out there, but you can't exceed Toni's service or professionalism. You won't be disappointed if you hire her for all your property transactions.
